Our experience with working with Kathy was a very pleasant one. We had been looking and frankly had looked with others in the community and found that Kathy is right at the top with her professional service working with our tough schedule as humanly possible as she could. She offered to fax any papers to our out of town lender and made many calls to make sure things were going smoothly. We received many comments on how quickly things moved along. The entire process from the time we first viewed the property until we were moved in was only about 60 days. Great job!
