We had bought a house in 1997 and enjoyed living in it. But after several years decided we needed a smaller house. We found one and decided to sell.
We tried selling it ourselves but had no results. We knew Kathy and decided to let her try to sell it.
It took time and we were thinking about taking it off the market when she called and said she had a cash buyer.
We took the offer and between Kathy and her staff things went swiftly. We were well pleased with her.
If we should ever need a realestate agent again we would choose her.
